AI Product Notes is my space to investigate how AI products should evolve and share proposals that help us build them better.

I write for people who design, develop, and use these products. Each post starts with a question or a concrete friction point and aims to leave something useful: a hypothesis to test, an interaction to rethink, or an improvement others can put into practice.

Towards better agentic experiences

I am especially interested in software that goes beyond responding to help people plan, execute, and review work. To deliver value, those capabilities need understandable interfaces, visible context, and clear ways for people to intervene.

Exploring the boundaries means examining where an experience breaks down, questioning assumptions, and trying different ways of working with agents. The goal is to turn technical possibilities into products that serve human intent.

What you will find here

Research. Questions and analysis grounded in sources, with a clear distinction between evidence, interpretation, and open questions.

Improvements. Product proposals that connect a specific problem with an interaction, a prototype, and a way to assess its value.

Notes. Early observations, experiments, and connections worth sharing while they are still taking shape.

Share the idea. Take it further.

A post is a starting point. Its ideas should be open to testing, questioning, and adaptation in other contexts. New evidence can change the proposal; another person can find a better way to build it.

That is the purpose of this space: to help a shared idea become an improvement people can actually use, and to move AI products and agentic software forward together.
